Shipping policy

Processing Time: 

Please be aware the United States Postal Service (USPS) can experience delivery delays due to increasing mail volume. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as our local "heroes" do their jobs. 

We offer standard shipping and priority shipping, which all orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Our standard ship time for United States orders is 3-5 business days, depending on your location and postal service. Our priority shipping time is 1-3 business days.

Shipping internationally:

Please keep in mind that shipping internationally can take up to 30days depending where the item(s) are being delivered. The delay of your order can depend on your location and your local post office. 

Please be aware, that you are responsible with any additional charges when shipping to your destination. We are not responsible for delayed packages caused by your customs clearance in your destination. 

Lost/Stolen Packages: 

Pink Magnolia Boutique & Co. is not responsible for lost/stolen packages that are marked "delivered." From that point on the customer will need to take it up with the delivery guy/woman. We will however replace packages that failed to get scanned as delivered, but if that package gets scanned and marked that's it. 

If your package ends up lost/stolen after it was marked "delivered" we recommend asking your neighbors, family, etc. to see if they have seen any foul play. 

Keep in mind that your tracking number can also get updated prematurely and show "delivered" before it gets dropped off. Please allow up to 48hrs to see if your package appears in the mail.
